re: is skg technically insolvent? ##Firstly i hope their operating costs are NOT $771k per month?
    Lie or mistake?##
    ##Brad.....was it a lie or mistake?##
What do you think, yes I should have said quarter....geez you're petty ;-)

##Yes i do see that...and i do see you have doubts about the $29m from the russians......so i think the $1m is a bit much too so letdeal with historicals rather then possibles.##
I'd take their word before yours, they expect stronger sales from Eon3 plus they have signed up more highrise apartments dwellers in this quarter.

##The $850 they have as you call an asset is actually a 18% loan.
But with the $850 k...they had at the end of the last quarter $1m in cash on hand.##
##So this is true then Brad?##
The only part that is a loan is the 12% which is issued in shares. how does this compare to a slam dunk of 12% from BQT ?

##Thi sof course is based on your assumption of revneus of $1m for this quarter....a guess rather then fact i will happily dismiss.##

I'm not assuming anything, I'm posting official information released by the company, it is YOU that is making assumptions ;-)

##So tyou are trying to say now the $850 from Cornells is NOT a debt?##
Not in the way that you are using it, you are saying it makes them insolvent.........simply wrong.

##You alrready said they borrowed $1.3m for the AIM listing.##
The shares have already been issued on the AIM, there is no associated debt.
##Of course there is....there is the interest charged.##
There is no interest payable on this issue of shares, because unlike the $850k these shares were issued in one block 910,794 at $1.43 per share.
Another incorrect statement to add to the list ;-)

##Technically then SKG are insolvent now.
Perhas you would like to address those facts?##
That has been answered, they are healthier than they have ever been.
##Tells me SKG do not have the ability to repay the loan quickly enough......what does it tell you?##

SKG are not repaying this with cash, they are issuing shares over a 16 month period, again this is in stark contrast to BQT.

##Brad...if its not a loan...can you please advise everyone what exactly the $850k is and how it will appear on the balance sheet?##
It is classed as a loan because it does attract interest of 12%. There is very little difference to this method and just doing an outright issue of shares, but the main advantage is when the price goes up they don't have to issue as many shares.........this is why your 18% statement is completley wrong.

It's all there Bazzaroid in black and white, but you insist on making claim false claims, instead of reading.
