Yes but if Pen burns out gus gets 650k a year while it happens. Then if it makes a motza he gets cream on the cream. Its just a win or a really big win for him.
Correct me if I'm wrong but he's never bought a share in pen?? Not one just been issued on top of his salary for doing his job.
