It probably still is a bargain whats changed it just hasnt gone up yet, thats OK "build it and they will come". Sometimes u just have to sit and wait, beats overpaying though. What I really wonder is say it does the usual and goes up around the $1 next year during drilling should I sell. Is history going to repeat then or will next year be different. The problem isnt buying now the problem is sell or not when it is up.
