tons of stuff on the net, but many newcomers like me start out with underground vegs 'cos they are sweeter and a bit more palatable
staples for me are celery and carrot
some other things i've used are beetroot, fennel, asparagus, garlic, ginger, red and green cabbage, capsican, chilli, cucumber, spinach, parsley - basically anything - lol
also good for what would normally be wasted, like the cut off stems of broccoli
gotta also say our mulch patch down the back is as rich as since i've been dumping the pulp there
