Dino, if you read any book on the health benefits and properties of different foods, many of them may have a page to three. That is until you come to cabbage, it will have something like 30 pages in comparison. It can be a bit spicey, but very beneficial. It is even accepted in hospitals, women with milk problems have it slipped in their bra to cure mastisis etc. It is truely a wonderful healing food.

I bought my Champion juicer some 20 years ago via trading post, and it is so well made, in will become a generational hand me down. Can't get much better quality. Could try todays version, Ebay?

Cost?, well how much would someone give to get their health back after loosing it. The best cure is preventative medicine.

There is a big difference in juicers. If you are paying the cost of food, which is a long term thing, then do your self a favour and get the most benefiit out of it. Cheap juicers destroy the enzymes and therefor the benefits gained, so whats the point in having something poorer. That's what I would consider a greater waste of time and money in the short to longer term.

    Just my opinion.
