Dopey, she's the political leader. If Germany sits on it's hands and does nothing more the EZ will disintegrate.
So what will Merkel do, not what will the Bundestag do.
If the Parliament rejects any further EZ action the blame will be on her head. But that is the conundrum isn't it. How badly does Germany want the union?
