As I have already explained to you, the decision to transfer the shares to a trust had nothing to do with ADY's Secretary. Coy Secretaries don't tell shareholders where to park their shares. It was a decision taken by the Investor (as explained at the AGM) on the advice he received from HIS adviser (maybe HIS adviser should get the sack!).It had nothing to with the coy. But the coy did advise him that this could not occur until the issue of shares had been approved at the AGM (any competent adviser could have told him that). They were still listed in his name in the Annual Report.
