Most of the food we eat is acidic, best alkaline foods I know of are figs and soba noodles( buckwheat) Buckwheat,to my knowledge, is the only alkaline grain. I drink crushed sirsuk juice and also red guava and red dragonfruit.Last year my 4 year old got Dengue fever and his thrombocyte levels got dangerously low....Chinese doctor recommended red juices and within 36 hours he was out of risk.Recently had a friend hospitalised with Dengue and we took him a litre of fresh red juices 4 times the first day.After 2 days he had the all clear to go home
