sag - hold off on voting

Just checked the SAG website at www.cbiogm.com and see that they have posted a request for shareholders to hold off on voting as they are in discussions with some board members.

Hopefully common sense will prevail and at least Dr Monsour and his 2 mates will resign before the AGM - but I'm not banking on it.

In any case, CBio has published a revised AGM voting form with Brooks and Menglesdorf (Dr M's 2 mates) on it. Shareholders should be receiving it this week. The AGM date has not changed.

Don't forget that you can change your vote on-line up to the closing time 48 hours before the meeting.
