The board didn't repsond straight away because that would indicate fear, or defense.
If RC succeeds no guarantees the SP will not decline, the current board has backers too.
RC is suing NXS, and if he cares about the company, why would he continue with the law suit re termination clauses?
If RC loses I don't thing will go away. Something tells me its not his personality. He might even show up on the share-register with a significant holding.
