Has anyone noticed how the size of The Age property lifout (Domain) has grown so dramatically recently? Yesterday it was 152 pages. Why is there so much property on the market......are people worried the market might tank and so are trying to sell? Are they stuggling to keep up with servicing the load? Or is this just normal in the property cycle?
Oh, and the shortage of housing people keep banging on about, how does this reflect a shortage of housing?
