Shooska I think the low ball cash offer by NMDC to enter LCY's register as a major investor will be well and truely compensated by the fact this JV between LCY/MAK now looks likely to happen and it could be NMDC'S sweetener to LCY (That Indian article certainly read quite bullish to me).
Me thinks as per LCY's previous ann's a spin off Co will be performed in order to enable this JV to flourish as the size and enormity of Wonarah may require additional expertise on LCY's behalf. Rana Som joining our board will certainly help our cause. Next few weeks leading to LCY's EGM shall hopefully give us alot more insight into the size and structure of our JV....imo
