I don't think the company has any plans to take it global. Prove Geelong, get 1 or maybe two plants planned/built then sell, for $2, $3, $6, I don't know. Peronally I would take $2 now than wait 3 years for $4. I think once the US plant starts being built (i.e. tech proven, contracts signed, goverment backing etc.) there will be exposure on a very big stage and I think a TO will happen, by like super says, someone with the capacity to extract maximium value, i.e. get things done fast and the money coming in much sooner rather than later.
The directors say they are looking at options to 'minimise' dilution.. I am not scared of a below 15% CR, as long as it expediates things
