Among them are New York-based funds Marathon Asset Management, York Capital and Paulson & Co, along with Australian investor Orbis Funds.
Although these funds and others are acting individually, their combined stake on Centro Retail's register amounts to about 20 per cent.

If These "no Voters" are 20% of the share holder votes, and CNP who own +50% cannot vote, then only 5% of the remaining shareholders are required to be 50% of the vote.

This is only around 5% of 22863999000 which is 114319350.

If this is correct and York, Marathon and Orbis do vote no, then I think the probability of a no vote is quite high.

I am sure the vocal people on HC would hold at least 20% of the 114319350 - which doesn't leave many required votes at all.

Does anyone know the actual percentage of the 22863999000 that CNP own? Also feel free to educate me if my numbers are wrong.
