I suppose one possibility is that management might have got spooked by developments in Europe last week ( it was looking pretty scary at one stage with the Italian 10 year bond yield over 7%) and decided to raise capital either by accepting an offer from a 3rd party that was previously on the table, or by going back to Shaws again.
