DS......hope you are still about? do you mind me asking for your thoughts on the new boards recent work in their efforts bringing the balance back to ECT, and reopening out relationship with Tincom, moving to removing La Jolla etc etc.

Do you mind me asking if you participated in the rights issue, or based the recent progress noted above if you will participate in the short fall? cheers.

SP3..... you offered to participate in the short fall via email (prior to the online registration being announced), now that it is open, are you still going to participate as per your previous post a month or so ago?

Baby steps at the moment (important ones all the same) that are not reflected in the SP, but i feel with the new board we are regaining trust and respect from various parties and have a strategic focused approach.

re CSi, is the over hanging issue the challenge to our IP (by Jott). All be it over 1 aspect of our process process, most CSI regardless of the size of the issue will have restrictions on investing with this in the background?

I think one this is sorted, this will be a big SP mover
