Kingy, isn't the fact that there have been 50-70% price reductions the point that many of us have been trying to make on this forum for a long time?
It is all well and good to be able to now buy these properties at 50-70% lower than what they last sold for, but what about all those bullish investors who bought in 07/08/09 etc, and who are making the 50-70% loss on selling them?
