So much of this resembles the Crown fiasco that I would not be sure that an outcome favourable to Lynas will eventuate unless Lynas can negotiate a settlement that satisfies all parties.
Another question mark on the record of NC and the board. He/they does/do not inspire me to a point of blind faith.
