Sorry for the late reply, I must say I have not done that much research and I am extremely pleased with the responses today.

I am more a numbers man:-

$500 revenue per patient
$200 profit per patient
100 countries
100 patients / country per week

Is equivalent to $100 million profit per year.

Is this plausible or busted?

Maybe this time nexct year confirmed ?
