Moffy good question and here is the reason I would say and probably some downside to the scan that may need tweeking.

Daily chart scan it came up during the day whilst below bolinger, and I could have traded as a daytrade. It closed outside bolinger band upper bar 21.

Have notice this with a few stocks however I did this to reduce the list.

It wasn't in the weekly scan due to emas still heading south hence always trade with caution as overall trend down on the weekly not broken.
