You state: 20 years for the crime is soft in indonesia - end of story. It may be soft in Indonesia, but this doesn't make it fair or right.
fair trial - would it be fairer here in sydney? why?? Presumption of innocence; trial by jury who are prepared to believe an accused person, rather than three judges who have a 100% conviction rate.

she had to prove her innocence - she had possession Wrong, an accused person doesn't have to prove her innocence. This is the point you keep missing. At most, even though the drugs were found in her possession, she only has to raise reasonable doubt as to whether they were hers/she knew they were in her possession.
