    I would be concerned with "where will ADE find the money to contribute its share of costs involved in developing any well ?
    It sound like to me Reg Nelson knows this and BPT will aquire a futher intrest in ADE through a share trade off.
    As we all know in the current enviroment,finance is hard to come by and the majors are only intersted in proven working reserves.
