Too many people believe charts are the sole compilation of all investing thought and from it you can divine the next move. They are not. They stand for nothing. All it takes is for one mega-takeover to occur and you are finished - much less an exploration company discovering the next holy grail. It is baloney, and I can't think of one famous chartist who made Buffett-style billions investing in a picture. Knowing and studying a business is hard work - and that's why there are people, otherwise known as chartists, who prefer not to do it. Case in point: the charlatans on YMYC who THINK they can tell you if a stock is going up or down without knowing what the company does, much less it's name, in a matter of seconds. Snake-oil salesmen masquerading as fortune tellers working in a dubious profession is all these chartists are.
