As I understand it,the Directors of any listed company have an obligation under the laws of continuous disclosure to release market sensitive news( drilling results)to the market as soon as they are available. To be aware of results and to " drip feed these results and continue to top up" would, in my opinion, render any director of any company liable to insider trading charges as well as charges relating to their fiduciary duties to shareholders.
