If you are going to make a placement you will get a hair cut

If you offer SH's an SPP at same price they can vote with their money

If you try and beat the inevitable down driving of SP prior to placement - funny most co's have "friends" - you will succeed to an extent maybe 5-10% loss on placement price.

Doesnt really matter - the funds are needed and should have been in place months ago

Havent seen a SBB in a non-producing metal aspirant - will follow with interest, but if correct 22M gives you half a PFS. Con Notes @ 4.5% pa and +/- 20% discount to SP on distribution are flooding the market atmo. is this cheaper?

A pity as i reckon there is some nice metal here perhaps not as much as promised or inferred. Still need to work out how to do it, as there is some money to be made. That's real money as in profits not increase in SP

Beg Pardon SH's for not having purchased - i watch, on the ground 1999 & 2001 - and if a new crew comes in will be thinking about it. Remember this is a 500M MC company it should start acting like one corporately.
