In CBio’s study, treatment of mice with XToll entirely prevented cutaneous lupus.
There has only been one new treatment in 50 years for lupus and that was released earlier this year with a 7% improvement in lupus.
If the upcoming trials for lupus are successful(they should mirror the mice trials)then Cbio would have the entire market estimated at $2.7 Billion in 2017.
