I don't believe Goodman and Fitt conducted themselves in a professional manner which tells me alot about their experience and communication skills. They seemed to be more concerned with petty procedural matters and past grievances than commenting on the strategic direction of the company. Although Fitt (at the back of the room) did seem to do alot of agreeing with the strategic direction of the company.
Both Goodman and Fitt seemd more concerned about demonstrating there corporate memory that exhibiting any good ideas about how to go forward.

I think if Goodman and Fitt come to power VMT would have to go through all the old mistakes and learnings to get back to where it is now.

But I acknowledge that I have no experience in the corparate world and just analysing what I saw.

Anyway it was a good show but not worth what I paid for my ticket.
