croc 72, read the prospectus before your comments-they will be doing everything they can to avoid converting. as i understand from reading a few days ago, they need the first tranche but do not intend on using further. it is a safe option particularly if SPP is under subscribed.
i think we may just see a bit of money coming into the company-before further tranches are required
