Mandi tells me they are sending out share register on a disc by express post which means won't get for couple of days and hence surprise surprise will mean tol late to do mailout b4 AGM....
Interesting as she put the application in on 27th October and you are meant to have this actioned within 7 days...
I wonder whether SBL board have done everything possible to ensure no mailout encouraging no votes to resolutions, and in particular re-election of directors..just wondering of course...
If you have not voted, do us all a favour and at least vote no to re-electing the directors, all you have to do is do what I did and nominate the Chairman as your proxy.
