ultra, are you serious, they called you to vote at the AGM on a capital raising that shareholders dont even know the full details on, remarkable!!!
i have owned this stock for a week and already management appear to be a major stumbling block to future prospects.
how can you possibly ask shareholders to vote on something they know nothing about. An EGM needs to be arranged so shareholders can receive voting forms in the mail and digest possible implications.
if they wanted this to be voted on at the AGM, perhaps they should have pulled their finger out and released info of this capital raising a few weeks back.
reeks of a slap dash organisation!!!!!!
