I don't buy that a stock is a good buy just because it has had a big fall (60% as you say). Valuations change and the market will trade accordingly. For the bottom drawer perhaps.
People probably said the same thing when AMP was at $9. Then it fell to $4.50 anyway.

I still think with a P/E of 12.6 it is not dirt cheap yet. There are cheaper stocks out there with greater potential. It'll take awhile until it finds its equilibrium and until then will be volatile.
If P/E goes to, say, 10 MXG would trade at $2.03
