don't forget that Beach has declared this Offer FINAL - so it cannot, cannot increase the offer now.
you are spot on to wait until hearing from your directors, but also keeping an eye on the closing date.
As Gassed pointed out - Beach WILL definately DELIST IF it can possibly get away with it.
in order to justify their delisting of ADE, they will crap on that its too costly with compliance costs, ASX fees etc - but the only reason they WILL do it, is to screw the remaining s/h, so that IF they come back later on to take out the minority s/h, then they can get away with a cheap 2nd offer.
BUT to delist, there has to be less than 300 s/h and the shares need to be illiquid. (thats from memory).
However, I do recall a coy not so long ago, that was in a similar position.
They could not compulsorily acquire the minorities, so the predator tried to delist. There was a substantial s/h remaining, and he fought the coy, and caused it to remain listed. I cannot recall, but it may have been Country Road, with Sol Lew as the big s/h - but not sure.
Its not fun being locked into a delisted coy.
cheers
