That would depend upon the time it takes for Strata to resolve the outstanding issues, after which we can add (according to vintage) an additional 5 weeks.
The resolution of the bond issue and Berger's consent (Consent Form 8) are the remaining hurdles.
Looking like late December/early January.
But I'm guessing the most pressing of pressing issues right now is the completion of the DFS. This has been our real achilles heel.
