brain tumors prevented 100% with shrna in mice, page-7

great work Max2B/Bank (what i'm sure we call you guys when this thing finally gets off the launch pad).

i found a 2008 article proposing Notch2 as a target for gliomas - so this latest paper Max put up has taken it a significant step further with shRNA success in mouse model. i think the spelling/grammar a bit to do with it coming out of non english speaking country.

here's a conclusory statement out of one of the papers Dank just put up which says what we are seeing very regularly now, but not so much 12 months ago. These guys were actually hitting the distant metastasized tumors in the mouse models with the therapeutic shRNA..just a matter of time folks...

"These results suggest that shRNA targeting KITENIN has the potential to be an effective tool for the treatment of colon cancer in both adjuvant and metastatic setting."
