Hello Vendor and all,

The 8c resistance I spoke of last week came into force this week as I expected. I have sat back as I did not want to appear to be raining on anybodies parade.

This is a great stock I really like the future of this one as the story unfolds. Vendor got it right on the gap well done it did get filled well spotted.

Rather than being negative I am actually saying that when 8c goes we are heading higher - and for these targets we have to consult the weekly chart. 10c seems to be the next important level thanks to some activity back in late 2007 and the fact that this is also 'one of those numbers'. I hope I am not scoffed at this time when I mention this as you do see it time and time again in the markets which I have studied for decades.

For those that wish to bottom pick there is support at 6.9c and strong support at 6.5c which is the major support - the really important one. For those wanting to play the long term and ignore the noise there are higher levels every 2c even above 10c back to that high around 20c in August 2007.

The fundamentals are there - the deposit looks exciting and the management are prepared to freely communicate which I really like. I hope some of you found my insight useful and may even have benefited perhaps.

Very best to all - still awaiting my entry at this stage and a believer as well. That is why my sentiment is LT Buy.
