Worth a read but not worth reading too much into it. There is no doubt that some of the rare earths will be oversupplied from time to time, particularly Cerium. It would be a miracle if the world usage of each and every one remained in the same proportion as it was available from the mining. Some will eventually be priced on a byproduct basis but for deposits like those we expect to be proven by NTU that will be less of a problem for them.
