U spot decreased again down to 53 odd according to my own data. Uxc reported a lower spot on Friday as compared to Tradetech. False dawn. PDN's ann. looked a little desperate this week reporting the tradetech weekly price spike IMO. No doubt exists that without a LT prolonged U price recovery, PDN's business plan is shakey. The market knows this.
