We have to wait until LCY - shareholders have voted in favour for the transaction. Then the way is cleared for NDMC to start the action. LCY will pretend to fulfill their obligation just to gain the 60 % but behind the doors the HAW t/o / buyout is already planned, imo.
4 weeks or so to the LCY-EGM, then we will see LCY and HAW rise.
Until then the objective is to buy as many shares as low as possible, meaning 1.3c or less.
