re: re baxter: a fair trial for corby, but not in Baxter - again you miss the point - a point that any primary school kid could grasp:
The point is:
a) the fact that an accused person must prove their innocence in Indonesia is part of the reason for the uproar.
b) possession DOES NOT equal proof beyond a reasonable doubt. It represents reasonably strong evidence of guilt, but no more than that. After all, are you suggesting that it is impossible for drugs to be planted? If you accept (as you surely must) that drugs can be planted, please advise how an innocent person should be expected to establish their guilt.
