Yes, I know that but I don't believe GBG have the ability to build a port at Oakagee, as well as that rail, especial considering the blowouts they have already had on the project.
If a multiuser port is built, as it has to be to get Fed and State monies, you would expect any company who is a user as well as funder would need guarantee that rail line is built ASAP, most likely starting same time as port from that end. They wont sit back and watch their money being used to build a port that only GBG has access to.
Don't think it is a problem as I would hope port and rail start at same time, GBG get connected first, Sino next and then MMX. Should have been that way to start with.
