    I reiterate .. Beware the potential for re-pricing! It has not been priced appropriately for this type of market. It is being sold like a Bull-mkt deal, and institutions will not fall for it.

    The value of the "shell" in this deal at 5cps is approximately $30m. A shell for $30m?

    Dreaming... and that will be the question institutions are asking ME.. why did you choose this shell?

    My opinion is the re-pricing is a matter of when, not IF..
