great result, theres no doubting that, but this will take years and millions of dollars before anything comes out the ground
And the way the markets is as you mention, there is absolutley buckleys of a JV or takeover in the near term
Big boys wont put any money into anything at the moment that does not have the ability to go commercial in the imeadiate future
