    re: getrichquick Milesg - you are 100% incorrect. As any lawyer will tell you, the onus at all times is on the prosecution to prove guilt, not the defence to disprove guilt. While a smart defence will undoubtedly try to disprove guilt, this is to increase the chance of acquittal, and not because the legal system requires it.

    For the last time - an accused person is under no obligation to prove or disprove anything. End of story.
