Not enough shares on issue and after the consolidation period then Europe sell down there are even less free float shares around.
Not enough to go around will mean re-rate to first USA plant valuations imo. Now how high will the aussie funds push it before then and when to hit the buy button? you'd be mad to sell prior and now the clock is ticking.
