Is it the current market malaise OR is it just that no-one is interested in this stock until a rail link is established for transporting the end product and they have a guaranteed amount of coal they can transport on this link?

    Begs the question whether they get this up to 3,4,5 billion tonnes whether it will make any difference in the short term (12 month view)?
