exactly - that is my reasoning for why I would only consider it in pension mode - no tax.
If one has to pay cgt on property - I really can't see why anyone in aussie thinks property is a good investment these days.
I had many properties in the past and made money from all of them - but now days I think it is old hat and far too much trouble. MY choices in life now come down to owning property or having a life.
