More on the JORC Code, as i have pointed out the JORC code was written well before CDU was 'born'.
Take some time to research Excalibur Mining EXM, they have/had a very promising gold resource at Tennant Creek. The gold was "nuggetty". The company had an internally generated JORC that had been independently verified. After further work an independant resource consultant was brought in to do a fresh JORC calculation and ended up downgrading the resource by over 50%.
The Juno mine at Tennant Creek was the richest gold mine in Australia (it was mined pre-jorc)had the operator at the time been required to calculate a JORC resource and try and produce a DFS/BFS Juno would likely never have stacked up on paper and therefore never have been mined, imho.
The JORC code is open to interpretation, 5 different geo's/consultants could give you 5 different calculations with 5 different results using the same code. It all comes down to the level of understanding of the resource and levels of confidence in continuity.
The JORC committee is not involved in the resource calculations.
"nuggetty" or inconsistent ore bodies make independent consultants very nervous as they fear over reporting the resource, so they take a very conservative approach to their calculations.

I dont mean to be disrespectful but you dont seem to have a good grip on the process and this seems to be leaving you barking up the wrong tree imo. You have often commented that some of the downrampers here are in your opinion 'paid' participants, if you believe that then you must entertain the notion that some posters could also be paid rampers. Dont believe everything you see or read.

FWIW i think CDU has now been takeover proofed.
