You are quite right, the thing we have is the radial lock, but if that's going to be expensive we will lose out, they must be produced cheaply..
BTW us posties don't want to be sitting around sending sms messages, it has to be automated.
I suggest you sign up for the service and send yourself a parcel to have a good look at what happens, that applies to everybody on this board !
BTW locker technology is booming already, just google it !
