What we have here is a so-called complex head and shoulders bottom. Double bottom is clearly evident. So if she breaks out from the horizontal inverted neckline - say at about 27.5c, we could then get a retrace back to the neckline after that. If she then goes on to bounce off the neckline then I reckon she's a short-term buy. I'm in on spec anyway.
