Towie from memory at the time of the HDR Scheme of Arrangement Meeting there was a choice of a 'cash only offer', a 'cash & scrip offer' and an 'all scrip offer;. But later after the 'Scheme' was passed at the Meeting the 'cash only offer' was available only to very small HDR holders or possibly not at all.
Please correct my memory if I am wrong.
TLW were trading at 369p at the time so despite the dramatic fall of the Pound against the A$ we are well ahead with tlw around 1311p after touching 1500p twice this year.
